Deze knusse, huiselijke, vrijstaande villa is ideaal gelegen. Het heeft namelijk 2 slaapkamers, de woon-/eetkamer heeft climate control , TV, .
De keuken is compact, maar goed uitgerust. De badkamers hebben douches, dus heerlijk om eens lekker te ontspannen.
Achter de woning heeft U langs de rechtse kant een overdekt terras die tr bereiken is via de keuken deur en langs de linkse is het zwembad met een zalige zithoek daar heeft U plaats genoeg om ligstoelen te zetten en van de zon te genieten. Natuurlijk kunt U hier ook van Uw maaltijden genieten of een BBQ.

De woning ligt op Mazarrón Country Club. Dit is een klein resort die afgesloten is met een slagboom en alle auto´s die erop rijden worden geregistreed, dus erg veilig. Er is een restaurant, tennisbanen, jeu de boule banen, een publieke zwembad die in de zomer open is.
Het is slechts op 5 minuten rijden van Mazarrón stad en op 1o minuten van de prachtige stranden van Puerto de Mazarrón of Bolnuevo.

This cosy, homely detached villa is situated on a corner plot and ideal if you are travelling with a baby. It has 2 bedrooms. The lounge/diner has full climate control, TV, The kitchen is compact, but well equipped. It even got a dishwasher, The bathroom has a shower,
At the rear of the villa you will have a huge terrace which you can access through the sliding door in the lounge. Here you have enough space to put sun loungers and enjoy the sun. Of course you can dine and wine here or have a BBQ.

Mazarron town is only a 5 minute drive away and Puerto de Mazarron with its beautiful sandy beaches 12 minutes away.
