De woning heeft een terras die U kunt bereiken via de keuken en hier heeft U plaats genoeg om U ligstoelen te zetten en van de zon te genieten. Natuurlijk kunt U hier ook van Uw maaltijden genieten.v . keuken, afwasmachine, wasmachine, terras, zwembad. Vooraan de woning is er een kleine voortuin.

De woning ligt op Mazarrón Country Club. Dit is een klein resort die afgesloten is met een slagboom en alle auto´s die erop rijden worden geregistreed, dus goed veilig. Er is een restaurant, waar U ´s ochtends ook brood kan kopen, tennisbanen, jeu de boule banen, een publieke zwembad die in de zomer open is.
Het is slechts op 5 minuten rijden van Mazarrón stad en op 12 minuten van de prachtige stranden van Puerto de Mazarrón of Bolnuevo.

This cosy, homely villa is situated on a dead end street. It has 2 bedrooms. The lounge/diner has full climate control in all the house, TV, radio/CD and DVD player. The kitchen is compact, but well equipped.

Mazarron town is only a 5 minute drive away and Puerto de Mazarron with its beautiful sandy beaches 12 minutes away.
