Dit prachtig Penthouse is gelegen op het Golf Resort Condado de Alhama. Het Resort is 24 uur per dag beveiligd en dus alleen
maar toegankelijk voor bevoegde personen, gasten en bezoekers. Het Penthouse ligt op
de 3e verdieping en is bereikbaar via een lift en/of trappen.
Het is geschikt voor 4 personen. Er zijn 2 slaapkamers. Er is 1 grote slaapkamer (met rechtstreekse toegang tot het terras) met een groot 2 persoons bed en 1 kleinere slaapkamer met twee 1 persoon bedden
De keuken is voorzien van van alle gemakken.
De eetkamer die verbonden is met de keuken heeft een tafel en 4 stoelen.
Direct na eetkamer ligt de woonkamer met een zitbank, tafeltjes, IPTV, Internet, Airco (voor koud en warm)
Er zijn 3 airco toestellen en 3 ventilatoren (woonkamer en beide slaapkamers) die voor de gewenste koeling zorgen en daar waar nodig ook kunnen verwarmen. In badkamer
is ook nog een elektrisch verwarmingspaneel aanwezig.
WIFI / Internet
In en rondom het huis kunt u gebruik maken WIFI. U ontvangt van onze sleutelbeheerder de code waarmee u de WIFI verbinding kunt opstarten. Wij verzoeken u vriendelijk om niet aan de router te komen, eventuele gevolgen daarvan komen voor eigen rekening.

This beautiful penthouse is located within
the Golf Resort Condado de Alhama. The Resort is guarded 24 hours a day and therefore only authorized persons, guests and visitors have access. The apartment is located on the third floor and can also be reached by elevator.
It is suitable for 4 persons. There are 2 bedrooms. A large bedroom (with access to the terrace) with a 2-person bed and a smaller bedroom with two single beds.
The kitchen has everything you need.
The dining area is next to the kitchen and consists of a table and 4 chairs.
The next is the living area with a corner
sofa for 4 people, a table, satellite TV, internet and air conditioner ( for cooling
and heating )
In total there are 3 air conditioners
and 3 ceiling fans in the penthouse
(in the living room and in the two bedrooms), for cooling and heating.
During the winter these three air conditioning systems can also be used for heating. Furthermore, there is an electric heating panel in the living room and in the bathroom.
WIFI / Internet
WIFI is available in the rooms
and on the terrace. You will receive the password at arrival from our keyholder. Please do not touch the router and do
not make any changes to it.
Should this lead to problems, we will have
to charge you this.

Ce bel Penthouse est situé sur Condado de Alhama Golf Resort. Le Resort à 24 heures de sécurité et donc accessibles uniquement par
les personnes autorisées, les invités et les visiteurs. Le Penthouse est situé au 3ème
étage et est accessible par un ascenseur
et / ou les escaliers.
Il est adapté pour quatres personnes.
Il y a deux chambres. Il y a une grande
chambre (avec accès direct à la terrasse)
avec un grand lit et 1 petite chambre avec lits jumeaux.
La cuisine ouverte est entièrement équipée
La salle à manger qui est reliée à la cuisine a une table avec quatre chaises.
Apres la salle à manger se trouve le salon
avec un coin canapé, table, télévision par satellite, Internet, climatisation (Airco chaud
et froid)
Il y a trois climatiseurs et 3 ventilateurs de plafond (salon et les deux chambres) qui assurent le refroidissement désiré et si nécessaire peut aussi donner de la chaleur.
Pour l'hiver nous avons la climatisation dans toutes les chambres, qui est également
adapté pour le chauffage. Dans la salle de
bain il y a également un chauffage présent.
WIFI / Internet
Dans et autour de la maison, vous pouvez utiliser le WiFi . Vous recevrez le code de nos gestionnaires des cléfs qui vous permet de démarrer la connexion WiFi. Nous vous prions de ne pas toucher au router, si il y a des complications c'est pour votre propre compte.
